Three things I cannot do

I cannot change or cancel your booking. I am an independent guide, not a tour operator and not a travel agency. Bookings made through the links here are with GetYourGuide and your confirmation email has their details on it. The cancellation window for each of the seven excursions is printed under every booking panel on this site, taken from the listings themselves.

I cannot tell you whether your ship will get in. George Town is a tender port: ships anchor offshore and passengers come ashore in tenders, and a call can be cancelled in a swell. How likely that is on your date is not something anybody publishes, and I am not going to estimate it for you. What a tender day does to your timings is on arriving by cruise ship.

I cannot quote you a taxi fare. Taxis here are not metered and work from an approved fare table on a dispatch basis. I have not seen that table, so there is no taxi price anywhere on this site. The bus fare I can give you, because the Public Transport Unit publishes it: CI$2 typically, which is US$2.40, and up to CI$5 beyond Hutland Road. What I do want in my inbox

Corrections first. A price that has moved, a rating that has changed, a bus timetable that no longer matches the page. Every product figure here was read on 16 August 2026 and the platform’s numbers do not stand still.

After that: what confused you. If a page left you unsure whether a price was per person or per boat, that is my failure and not yours, and I will rewrite it. If you booked something after reading this site and the day did not match what the page said, I want to know that most of all.

What I cannot help with is booking a tour on your behalf, arranging a private charter, or any request that starts with an operator asking to be featured. Nobody pays to appear here. The affiliate disclosure explains what that means.

Where I am

This site is written from West Bay, Grand Cayman, at the top of the island. If you want to see where the boats actually go: West Bay on Google Maps, and the Stingray City sandbar at 19.3757, −81.3048, which is inside the barrier reef in the North Sound and has no address, no gate and no ticket office. That is why every excursion here leaves from a dock rather than from a building.
